Project story
T. Rothermel contacted us to remove the existing addition and design a larger addition with family room and bedroom. There were zoning challenges because the larger addition did not meet dimensional setback requirements, so we applied for a variance.
Once the variance was approved and the building permit awarded, we completed the addition perfectly fitted to the home and lot conditions — and the homeowners say it turned out even better than expected.
