A new bathroom with walk-in tile shower — built within zoning and budget constraints.
Project story
C. Nagle contacted us with dreams and hopes for a new bathroom with a walk-in tile shower. Budget was limited because other house improvements were planned. Zoning also constrained expansion, so we removed the old rear porch and built the new addition in its place — without adding building coverage to the lot.
Design/build coordination kept the project practical, permitted, and beautifully finished.
